Some visits leave you with memories. Others leave you with a completely different perspective on life.

Yesterday was a reminder of how precious our elders are, and how much a little time, kindness, conversation, and companionship can mean.

As life gets busier, may we never become too busy to care. May we always make time to listen, to sit beside someone, to share a smile, and to remind them that they are seen, valued, and loved.

Growing older should never mean growing invisible. ❤️
